Dorchester Living has been awarded excellent, receiving the highest score possible, by the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) in its latest audit.
The CCS sets quality standards for the construction industry and focuses on three key sections: respecting the community, caring for the environment, and valuing the workforce — essential and key areas required to effectively raise standards within the industry and build trust with the public.
With a total score of 15 available for each of these areas, Dorchester Living scored 45/45, placing it in the highest possible category of “Excellent”, with full marks awarded in all categories.
The auditors particularly praised Dorchester Living’s consideration to the environment, noting the commitment to continual development and improvement, including
developing appropriate environmental reporting systems and practices relating to climate change.
